Private Resort Compound —
Every Layer Under One Contract.
Outdoor Kitchen + Entertaining
Kitchen, bar, pergola, and AV designed as one outdoor room.
Hardscape + Pavers
Travertine, shell stone, and porcelain — pool deck to motor court.
Pool + Spa Terrace
Pool shell, sun shelf, and terrace integration under one vision.
Lighting + Irrigation
Dusk scenes and planting zones — designed before hardscape is set.
Most outdoor projects in Southwest Florida are fragmented. A pool contractor. A planting contractor. A separate electrician. A hardscape sub. Each team with its own schedule, its own interpretation of the design, and no accountability to the others. The result: cost overruns, scheduling failures, and a finished property that doesn't flow.
Precision Landscaping & Design delivers the complete build under one contract, one design vision, one accountable team. Pool, dock, outdoor kitchen, hardscape, lighting, irrigation, planting — coordinated from the first design session through the final walkthrough.
When each trade works independently, they don't protect each other's work. Pool crews chip the pavers. Irrigation trenching undoes the grading. The electrician runs conduit through the finished hardscape. Under one contract, every trade is accountable to the same outcome — because they're all working for the same person: Thomas.
"We've seen grade work destroyed because the fence company walked through it for two weeks while the GC waited for a callback.
That doesn't happen under one contract.
One team means one accountability."
WHAT WE BUILD
Naples Luxury Outdoor Builder — One Contract, One Team
Site Work + Grading
Ground clearing, rough grading, and earthwork designed for SWFL's flat topography — slope and drainage direction are set here before a single paver goes down
Drainage Systems
French drains, catch basins, and swales designed for SWFL's flat topography — drainage in from day one
Pool Design + Construction
We coordinate with trusted, licensed pool contractors under one contract — same accountability, same design vision, no separate subs to manage
Dock + Marine
Docks, boat lifts, and seawall coordination — the only SWFL firm coordinating dock, kitchen, and hardscape under one contract
Hardscape + Pavers
Patios, pool decks, driveways — travertine, shell stone, porcelain, and concrete pavers selected for SWFL coastal conditions
Outdoor Kitchen
Full design-build with GC license — marine-grade appliances, veneer stone, outdoor-rated cabinets, natural gas
Pergolas + Shade Structures
Structural shade systems and covered outdoor living structures — designed for SWFL wind load and salt air, permitted as part of the estate build
Retaining Walls
Structural and decorative retaining walls — permitted and engineered to hold grade under SWFL's wet-season soil saturation and root pressure
Landscape Lighting
Warm white 2700K fixtures with 316 stainless hardware for salt air — full low-voltage and line-voltage integration, zoned timer and smart controls
Irrigation Systems
Zone-separated drip and rotor irrigation designed for SWFL's wet-dry cycle — palms, turf, and shrubs on distinct schedules, integrated with the drainage plan and installed before planting begins
Tropical Planting
Salt-tolerant palms, native SWFL species, ornamentals — planting engineered for coastal conditions
Sod + Turf
Zoysia, Floratam St. Augustine, artificial turf — selected for SWFL sun, heat, and drainage conditions
Fencing + Exterior Elements
Estate fencing in powder-coated steel, vinyl, and wood — courtyards, entry features, and structural exterior elements selected for SWFL salt air and wind load conditions
BUILT FOR THIS MARKET
Built for Southwest Florida.
Engineered for SWFL — Not Adapted from Elsewhere
Every material choice accounts for salt air corrosion, humidity (avg 75%+ year-round), standing water and flooding risk, hurricane wind load (category 3+ design standard), and UV degradation from SWFL sun intensity. We do not import northern design conventions. We build for where we are.
Drainage Is Designed In — Not Added After
SWFL's flat topography means drainage is structural, not cosmetic. When site conditions require it, drainage is designed as a structural part of the build — not added after the hardscape is finished. This prevents the flooding and erosion that destroys under-engineered builds within 2–3 seasons.
HOA-Compliant by Default
Most Naples luxury communities — Grey Oaks, Pelican Bay, Quail West, The Moorings — have strict HOA standards for materials, colors, setbacks, and lighting levels. We design within these constraints from day one. No rework. No re-approval cycles.
Permitted Structural Work
Pools, docks, outdoor kitchens with gas, and retaining walls over 4 feet require permits in Collier County. We pull all permits. Unpermitted work creates title problems at sale. Every Precision build is on record and insurable.
One Accountability Point
Thomas is on every job. Not a project manager — Thomas. When there is a question, one call answers it. When there is a problem, one call solves it.
BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING
What Naples Estate Owners
Ask on the First Call.
Can we hire pool, hardscape, and planting as separate contracts?
You can — most fragmented builds start that way. Pool crews chip pavers. Irrigation trenching undoes grading. Electricians run conduit through finished hardscape. Under one contract, every trade is accountable to the same outcome — not their own schedule.
Will Thomas be on the job, or does this go to a project manager?
Thomas is on every estate build — not a handoff to a project manager you've never met. When there is a question, one call answers it. When there is a problem, one call solves it. That is the accountability model this buyer expects.
What if drainage isn't designed before pavers and the pool deck go in?
That is the most expensive correction we see on fragmented builds — cutting channels through finished travertine or shell stone after the first wet season. Drainage is drawn into the design before any hardscape is ordered. Full drainage guide →
How do you handle HOA review in Grey Oaks, Pelican Bay, or Port Royal?
HOA architectural packages are part of the design phase — licensed landscape architect drawings where required, material palettes pre-approved, and submission sequencing coordinated before permits are pulled. No rework cycles because the committee saw the plan for the first time after installation started.
We just want it done right the first time — how do you prevent rework?
Sequence discipline. Site work and drainage before hardscape. Hardscape before planting. Planting before final lighting commission. One team sequences every trade against the same drawings — not five contractors interpreting the same plan five different ways. How to vet a Naples outdoor contractor →

COMMON QUESTIONS
Full Estate Build
in Naples.
Full outdoor estate builds in Naples typically range from $150,000 to $750,000+ depending on scope. A pool, hardscape, and planting combination on a standard estate lot runs $200,000–$400,000. Full environments — outdoor kitchen, pool, dock, pergola, complete planting and lighting — in Port Royal, Aqualane Shores, or Pelican Bay routinely exceed $500,000. Precision provides scope-based pricing after an in-person consultation.
A full outdoor estate build typically takes 4–9 months from design completion to final walkthrough. Site work: 2–4 weeks. Pool construction: 3–5 months. Hardscape: 2–5 weeks. Planting and irrigation: 1–3 weeks. Collier County permitting adds 6–12 weeks to the front end. Under one contract, trades are sequenced to run concurrently where possible.
Permits are required for pools, outdoor kitchens with gas, structural pergolas, docks and boat lifts, retaining walls over 24 inches, and all electrical work. Site grading and drainage above certain thresholds also require permits. Precision handles all permit applications as part of the estate build — every build is on record with Collier County.
