POOL BUILDER
Estate Pool Builds.
Designed from the Ground Up.
Custom pools. Spa integration. Pool decks. Coordinated under one contract.
TELL THOMAS ABOUT YOUR PROJECTMost pool contractors build pools. They excavate, pour, plaster, and hand you keys. The pool deck, coping, surrounding hardscape, lighting, drainage — someone else's problem. The outdoor environment gets designed around the pool after the fact, not with it.
Precision Landscaping & Design coordinates pool construction as the anchor of the outdoor estate — designed in conjunction with the deck, hardscape, drainage, and lighting from the first site visit. One contract. One design vision. Nothing retrofitted.
A pool designed in isolation is a pool the rest of the estate was built around. We design the whole environment, from the first session.
WHAT WE BUILD
Every Pool System.
One Contract.
Custom Pool Design & Engineering
Freeform, geometric, lap, and infinity edge pools — engineered for SWFL soil conditions, water table depth, and Collier County structural and electrical permit requirements
Spa & Hot Tub Integration
Attached and detached spa configurations — heated, spillover, and therapy designs integrated with the equipment pad and pool hydraulics from the engineering phase
Pool Deck & Coping
Non-slip deck surfaces, coping selection, and edge detailing — coordinated with the pool shell geometry from day one, not fitted around a finished pool after the fact
Equipment Pad & Mechanical
Equipment pad layout, pump and filter selection, automation systems, and heater installation — permitted, installed, and commissioned as one package
Infinity & Perimeter Overflow
Infinity edge designs for waterfront and elevated sites — structural support, overflow collection troughs, recirculation systems, and edge detailing engineered for SWFL conditions
Water Features & Grottos
Sheet falls, deck jets, grottos, and bubblers — designed as part of the pool environment, not add-ons; integrated with pool hydraulics and the landscape lighting plan
Pool Lighting
Underwater LED, deck accent, and perimeter landscape lighting designed as one coordinated plan — pool lighting and site lighting specified together from the first session
Drainage & Site Grading
SWFL's flat topography requires engineered grading around every pool — correct slope prevents deck pooling, erosion under coping, and paver failure within the first two seasons
WHAT NAPLES REQUIRES
Pool Decisions That Are Different Here.
Water Table & Soil Conditions
SWFL's high water table requires hydrostatic relief valves, correct shell wall thickness, and drainage systems designed to prevent shell uplift when the pool is drained. These are not optional engineering considerations — they are standard requirements for every pool build in Collier County.
Collier County Permitting
Every pool in Collier County requires a licensed contractor permit, structural engineering drawings, electrical inspections, and final inspection sign-off. We handle the complete permitting package — structural, electrical, and mechanical — with no handoffs to the client.
HOA Design Approval
Mediterra, Grey Oaks, Pelican Bay, and Quail West have strict requirements for pool design, equipment screening, deck materials, and setbacks. We submit the complete HOA design package — pool shell, deck, coping, equipment — before breaking ground, so there are no re-approval cycles mid-construction.
Hurricane & Wind Load Engineering
Pool enclosures, pergolas, and structural outdoor elements adjacent to pools must meet Florida Building Code wind load requirements. We permit pool enclosures and associated structures as part of the same project package — one permit set, one inspection sequence, one handover.
