Estate Care · The Process
Every visit, documented.
Nothing left to assumption.
A six-step protocol for the maintenance of significant residential
properties. Each stage is documented, each visit photographed, each
finding recorded — so your grounds are governed by record, not by memory.
Begin
The Six Steps
From signature to standing record.
i.
Onboarding The signature, and a property profile begun the same day.
Within hours of contract execution, our records team opens your file. Every bed, specimen tree, ornamental, and irrigation zone is catalogued and assigned an identifier. Your property is no longer a place we visit — it is a document we maintain.

ii.
First Visit · The Audit Sixty to one hundred photographs, before a single blade is cut.
Our first appointment is not a service — it is a record. The lead horticulturist walks the property with a designated documentarian. The result is a baseline portfolio: every bed, every specimen, every fixture, photographed from fixed angles that will be repeated for the life of your engagement.
iii.
The Standing Record The same beds, the same angles, season over season.
Every subsequent visit adds to the archive. Photographs are taken from the same vantage points as the audit, building a continuous visual record of your grounds across years. Decline is detected before it is visible to the eye. Improvement is provable.
Each return
On departure
iv.
Notification A message the moment the crew leaves the gate.
You receive a single, considered text — not an automated alert — confirming that the visit is complete. One tap opens that day's photographic record, with notes from the foreman. You will never wonder whether the team came, what was done, or what was found.
v.
The Portal The complete history, on demand, on any device.
Every visit, every photograph, every observation since day one — accessible by you, and by anyone you authorize. Property managers, family offices, design consultants. Share a single view, share the entire record, or revoke access in a moment.
At your discretion
Before the issue
vi.
Foresight The problems are named before they become problems.
Photographic continuity allows our horticulturists to recognize the early signature of disease, deficiency, or mechanical decline. Findings are flagged, photographed, documented, and accompanied by a recommended response — for your review, on your timeline.
By application The Estate Care program is not for every property.
We accept a limited number of estates each season, selected for their scale, their architectural seriousness, and the standard to which they are kept. If yours is among them, we would be glad to speak.
