Most outdoor contractors in Southwest Florida will take any project. They'll quote a $40,000 patio and a $600,000 full estate build in the same afternoon. They have to — their model depends on volume.

Ours doesn't.

Precision Landscaping & Design is built around a small number of estate-scale projects per year, each one personally overseen by Thomas from first site visit to final walkthrough. That model produces exceptional results. It also means we are not the right fit for every property owner who reaches out.

We take projects across a range of scales. What we don't take is projects where the right outcome isn't achievable — regardless of size.

Projects Under $20,000

Our model — coordinated design, permits, Thomas on every job — has real cost. For projects under $20k, we can often point you to the right resource. We'd rather do that than take on a project we can't deliver at the right level.

Speed-First Builds

We coordinate permits, HOA approvals, structural engineering, and specialist trades. Done correctly, that takes time. If you need a pool and patio in six weeks, we are not your contractor.

Properties Outside Southwest Florida

Our licensing, permit relationships, and knowledge of local engineering conditions are specific to SWFL. We build here and build here exceptionally well.

Clients Who Want to Manage the Process

Our contract gives you one point of contact for everything. If you prefer to hire each trade separately and manage the schedule yourself, that's a legitimate approach — just not ours.

Projects Where Price Is the Primary Decision

We are not the lowest-price option for any trade we offer. We compete on outcome, not price. Another contractor will win a lowest-quote evaluation every time.
