Gas Permitting in Collier County
All gas rough-in for outdoor appliances in Collier County requires a licensed contractor permit. We coordinate licensed gas permitting and rough-in under the Precision contract — the permit is pulled, the line is run, and the appliances are commissioned as one package. Coastal Material Selection
Outdoor kitchen materials perform differently in SWFL than in other climates. Marine-grade stainless (316 alloy), UV-stable porcelain, and polymer-frame cabinetry outperform standard spec in salt air, humidity, and direct coastal sun. We specify for long-term performance, not initial price.
Coordination With Pool Deck and Hardscape
A kitchen installed around a finished pool deck is always a compromise. The slab is in the wrong place. The drainage slopes the wrong way. The countertop height doesn't match the bar stools. We design the kitchen, the pool deck, and the hardscape together from session one — no retrofits.
HOA Appliance and Structure Approval
Mediterra, Grey Oaks, Pelican Bay, Quail West, and most Naples luxury communities require HOA approval for structural outdoor additions and appliance specifications. We submit for approval before a measurement is taken. No rework. No re-approval cycles.
